Squid Acess list for multiple ports

Dear Friends,

I have problem in setting up squid with multiples ports such as 80,81,8080 etc instead of default 3128. I need this setup for our office requirement. We have 3 groups in our office i need to configure website access list for each group with different access list.

such as

A group with 80 port should access google,yahoo,gmail..and reset should be restricted
B group with 81 port should access google,webmail,microsoft and reset should be restricted
C grouop with 8080 with some allowed sites, and rest should be restriced.

is above concept possible to setup. I request you all please if you know any suggestions help.
