Right Method to study for any Certification Exam

A lot has been discussed about this on various boards on the internet. So what is the way to crack any cert exam?

Getting certified is one thing and using your knowledge in everyday professional is is another. Say for example, you use only dumps to pass a ccna exam and score brilliantly. But what next? How do you expect to clear a technical interview when you don't have clue about subnetting or protocols or ip addressing? What will you do if they ask you to create an access-list on a live network to demonstrate your knowledge?
Now that would be an embarrassing situation.

To be honest there is nothing which can substitute your hard work. I personally don't recommend using brain dumps to pass an exam. I would suggest you to go through your complete study guides 3-4 times for getting a good grasp on the subject. Study lab exams rigorously. and practice , practice and practice. I cant stress how important it is to practice and as a last revision method you can use the various dumps just to test your knowledge of the subject. I would actually love to see exam vendors moving to a complete hands-on testing where you can pass only on basis of your live performance eg rhce, ccie. So dump your braindumps somewhere and start studying.

Vijay i also agree with it.But what i think.once we gone study trgh 3-4 times.we need to test our knowledge.so some testing material which can be old dump will be good.or new is also ok when u practice on old and u fell pretty confident on it.

You are absolutely right Vijay.....due to people clearing certifications using dumps,the value of these certifications has certainly reduced.But anyway no one gets a good job based just on the no. of certifications he has......his technical expertise and experince count more.

Absolutely right method to achieve success in ur career i do think so...except having through knowledge there is no worth to a certification.only practice makes man perfect.

Those tricky questions supplied in the exam...
You ought to go through dumps.. atleast an old one...
to make sure that you know pretty well about those little
funny questioning method....

I do agree wid vijay.well who does Practise only he knows tacties...except practise all is wothless...needless to say...
