need help

hello to all! m new in this forum and found it useful after reading posts. I need links for Richard Deal e-book, P4s and Knet CCNA Academy Program other than that of rapidshare coz it's been blocked by my n/w admin.

Also I m having some problem understanding N/w Summarization, Cisco series of routers and switches, some say 1800 series the best some say 2800 what are these series...? can any1 share a chart or smethng to help me understand these series.
