A lot has been discussed about this on various boards on the internet. So what is the way to crack any cert exam?

Getting certified is one thing and using your knowledge in everyday professional is is another. Say for example, you use only dumps to pass a ccna exam and score brilliantly. But what next? How do you expect to clear a technical interview when you don't have clue about subnetting or protocols or ip addressing? What will you do if they ask you to create an access-list on a live network to demonstrate your knowledge?
Now that would be an embarrassing situation.

To be honest there is nothing which can substitute your hard work. I personally don't recommend using brain dumps to pass an exam. I would suggest you to go through your complete study guides 3-4 times for getting a good grasp on the subject. Study lab exams rigorously. and practice , practice and practice. I cant stress how important it is to practice and as a last revision method you can use the various dumps just to test your knowledge of the subject. I would actually love to see exam vendors moving to a complete hands-on testing where you can pass only on basis of your live performance eg rhce, ccie. So dump your braindumps somewhere and start studying.
